ISEF students from Haifa and the Jezreel Valley met for a midterm training seminar in the “Bridge to Academy” program.
They were exposed to a variation on the traditional first semester and listened to a lecture by Yohai Buganim, a social worker and ISEF Foundation alumni, who also serves on the alumni committee. During the lecture, they were given tools for successfully handling a new semester and adapting to new challenges and stressors. The training ended when students broke off into groups to collaborate and help each other by discussing their own difficulties and listening to their fellow peers.
