Science Builds Society Program Visits The Oron Engineering Group
Students studying civil engineering, from the Science Builds Society program visited the Oron Engineering Group where, Dana Tsoar, Director of Training and Human Resources, gave the students an extensive tour to teach them about the different projects and the development of the company over the years.
She explained the various roles at the company and the recruitment processes. They also met with a project manager and a field operations manager who spoke to them about different work systems and tasks that engineers have in different projects.
The students were able to get a deeper understanding of the roles by seeing the company and meeting with employees up close. They also saw how important it is to find a workplace that will keep investing in them and keep giving them opportunities for learning and enrichment.
