Racheli Buganim, an ISEF alum, and currently principal of the prestigious ‘Eeroni Aleph’ High School in Haifa was interviewed recently. She shared her views about Education in Israel and about the hardships that teachers face in Israel.
As an ode to ISEF, she explained how a child who comes from a low-income background tends to disregard education and to feel pressure to begin working to help support their family. She believes that the support of educational staff and organizations like ISEF can help a child believe in their abilities and progress in their studies, opening doors for them to a better future.
She truly takes ISEF’s message and helps spread it by supporting the younger generations. We are all so very proud and inspired by Racheli’s work!
