ISEF’s Learning Centers Project provides one-on-one tutoring and support to 200 underprivileged children in Israel. ISEF undergraduate scholars help the children with their homework and prepare them for tests.
The Yvonne Cohen Book Fund also enables the children to participate in book clubs and have access to computer resources that are often not available in their homes.
The ISEF scholars who staff the centers inspire the children to work hard in school and aim for a college-qualifying diploma, and in turn, inspire the next generation to do the same.
These scholars serve as role models and mentors, helping to build a brighter future for the youth of Israel.
