ISEF's mission

Empower extraordinary young Israelis from underserved backgrounds to reach their highest potential, igniting positive change in Israeli society.

ISEF’s programs develop Israel’s untapped human capital—most from families where no one got beyond high school. ISEF’s wraparound support systems ensure that students get their degrees and become role models for the transformative power of higher education.
